To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please provide us with your order number, the reason for the refund, and any relevant details. We will then provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

 

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our refund policy requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and we cannot refund any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

 

Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card company.
